Electrical symbol scaling

I have do an elec drawing at sacle 1:100

When i scale it to 1:200 my symbols stya the same size.

How do i make the scale with the drawing?

My knowledge is detail items do go with the scale (correct me if I'm wrong). Try to do it as annotation symbol.
