You can safely delete the home run and not affect the circuiting, but if you want the home run loop, just not the arrow - you could place a device that has a connector and no display and end your circuit there (i.e. no offical Revit home run). We have used this for "continued" circuiting, where the the conduit whips out from receptacle to another level. In that case we created a no load device with the tilde symbol and circuited to it. No reason you could not have a "blank" symbol with connector to accomplish the same thing. . . Hope I'm making sense.
