Ductwork Rise/Drop

I can not get ductwork rise/drops to display in plan view.
I can see the ductwork in section view.

From what I can tell, the duct has to be connected to an air terminal or equipment connector that is defined as supply/return/exhaust before the rise/drop will appear.

I am working with twhite on the same project. All vertical ducts do not show up in any of the floor plan or ceiling plan views anymore. They did before. They are visible in section views. If a vertical duct is not part of a system it still shows up. You can draw one in a blank project and it shows up in all floor plan view it cuts through.
All subcategories under ducts and duct fittings are checked in visibility graphics. The object style for risers is set to weight 4, black, and solid. They are not hidden in the views.
I've reviewed warnings and there is nothing unusual there.
Anyone with any ideas?

Oh, I thought you meant the supply/return/exhaust symbols, not the duct itself.

The vetical duct has to be exactly vertical.
if the duct riser is vertically rotated even just 0.1" it won't show up.
delete the duct on section view try to create new one.

New ducts created exactly vertical do not show up either.
All the vertical ducts in the project (and there were many) disappeared from all plan views, which makes me think it is a system wide issue, not just 1 duct or 1 view having problems.

Thanks for the input.
