Concrete Plant Bases

Hi Guys,

Whats the simplest way to create equipment cioncrete bases please?

I tried doing a thick floor but that doesn't come out too well as you can see the lines though the plant.

I'm sure there must be a simple way to do this but can't find anything in the Famillies or elsewhere.

hi paul,

i cound not understand clearly....

i think you need to create family place on concrete base (plinth) /

1 before creating family you need to choose the family template (floor, wall, celling ect..)

2 family placed on the floor or concrete select Metric Mechanical Equipment.rft / Metric Generic Model.rft  family template.

3 family category and parameters/ mechanical requirement/ work plane-based (Check box yes) OR family category and parameters/ Generic Model / work plane-based (Check box yes)

add your family to your project

Thanks for getting back to me but I guess I didn't make myself clear.

I want to be able to create a plinth for things to sit on.  The plinth can vary in size and height.

Sometimes I'll just have a plinth with nothing on it.

I thought there might be a Familly Plinth but couldn't find one.

Does tbis help?

hi paul find the attachment,

go to the family category and parameters find the exact family category
