Collaborating problem

Hi

i tried to collaborate with electrical service but i could not copy cable trays. the rest of the items are selected but couldnt get cable trays. i am finding similar problem with arch drawing also. all the door and windows are copied but walls are not selected. could anybody tell what could be the problem???

If you are referring to the Copy/Monitor method of collaboration, then there are only certain categories of elements you can copy from the Link. This does not includes Cable Trays or Conduits, unfortunately. Walls, however, should be viable for Copy/Monitor. Can you expand on the situation?

Thank you for the advise. the recent problem was with cable trays. before i had problem with walls also. so i thought there might by some settings.
