Chillers Loop

My system consists of 6 air cooled chillers and 4 pumps and around 340 fan coil units. After finishing all making systems and ducts I distribute the pipes and give the flow factor of 0.25 for each pump to supply the right flow. When I’m connecting the first chiller and checking the flow inside, it gives the right flow. But when I connect the second chiller, the flow inside each one is zero.

The system is running and the inspector is on and check system is ok, but  the flow inside each chiller and its individual pipes is zero.

Please any help.

Not sure if this will work, because I haven't tried it yet.

Try making  manifold family to sit between the FCU piping system & the chiller systems.

It can be the system equipmet for all the systems that connct to it & you can use parameters & formulas to redistribute the incoming & outgoing data.
