Change IFC or dwg drawing

Hello,

if I have completed project (whole mechanical, electrical, plumbing ), now the architect modify architecture of building;

anybody can say the best way how change architecture or transfer mechanical, electrical, plumbing data to new  architecture if it is:

a. *.ifc file's format

b *.dwg file's format

can anybody say, how change IFC file of the project?
