can draw pipe in 3d view properly ?

in 3d view draw pipe horizon axis is easy but

can we manage it up to vertical ? 

not setting work plan every dimension which is uncool

maybe there will be key for locking to vertical axis

Yes. While on the 3D view and under draw pipe command, enter the desired offset and hit enter/apply once if you still want to continue the pipe command and twice if you want to end the command.

Yes but do you mean offset ?

After you drawn your horizontal pipe in 3D say at 2700mm, enter 3500mm in the offset box and hit enter/apply. This will automatically create the vertical pipe.
