Is there a really good source of support if I want to be able to pick up the phone and call someone who can walk me through problems, possibly with the ability to log into my computer online to see what I am doing?
If so, who would be able to do that?
You're reseller could probably help you with that question. While I, myself, am not that familiar with the extent of Autodesk's support, you might also try inquiring in the CAD Managers forum.
