I'd like to associate my mechanical equipment to spaces (most important) and rooms similiar to how it's done with electrical panels. The information is there as you can create a mechanical schedule and then add the Space Name and Space Number Parameters to it and the info shows up, however unlike the electrical panels, there's no built in location parameter for the data that I can point to with my equipment tags.
I know that I can create a Location shared parameter in my families, then export a schedule with that parameter and the space name and number parameter into Excel, copy and paste the data into the Location shared parameter and, then import it back in...but is there a more graceful way that'll achieve the same result?
