Analytical properties in gbXML???

In revit MEP 2013 someone can change the analytical properties such as ABSORPTANCE and THERMAL RESISTANCE by selecting a surface and then clicking the EDIT TYPE button.

Can anyone tell me how these properties can appear in a gbXM?

In gbXML export if the button EXPORT DEFAULT VALUES is checked then in gbXML the CONSTRUCTION LAYER and MATERIAL nodes appear but the changes I have made in analytical properties do not appear.

If the button EXPORT DEFAULT VALUES is NOT checked then  the CONSTRUCTION LAYER and MATERIAL nodes DO NOT appear.

The values that you may enter for absorptance and roughness, only exports to gbXML when you select to export the information generated from the model elements. Therefore please make sure that the analytical construction overrides, in the Building Construction dialog, are unchecked and that materials with thermal properties have been applied to the model elements.
