Air Terminal snapping to lower levels

Anyone know why this is happening?  I'm working on a multi-level building.  I'm on the 6th Level, trying to place a diffuser.  It's trying to snap to ductwork on the 5th level.   I have the view range set correctly so that only the 6th floor ductwork is shown, but it still keeps trying to snap to it.

This goes for balancing dampers as well.

It's getting very frustrating.

It sounds like your 6th floor plan has it's Associated Level at Level 5. Check associated level in your view properties. If it's set to Level 5, you'll have to re-create your floor plan with level 6 associated.

No, It's associated with the right level... But I had the 5th floor underlay on.
