Air terminal problem

Hi I am having trouble getting my air terminals to talk to my mechanical systems. I have created some custom Air terminals so i am probably just missing a parameter that I cant find. Can anyone tell me exactly what parameters I need to get the flow analysis/calculations to work with my mechanical systems/ductwork please? Thanks

Compare the Connector in your custom family with the Connector in the OOTB Air Terminal Family. If this doesn't get you anywhere, could you post one of your custom families here?
