Is purpose of Add Lining in the Duct Revit MEP Same is Duct thickness ??
If I understand you correctly, no. Duct Lining is an "internal" form of Duct Insulation that provides both thermal insulation and some acoustical insulation (reducing noise). I am not well versed in the particulars in HVAC, so I would recommend performing some web searches to try to find more information on the difference between Duct Lining and Duct Insulation.
