2008 NEC 210.4 (B) Multiwire Branch Circuits and 2 or 3 pole CBs

2008 NEC 210.4 (B) (and later I think) require multiwire branch circuits (circuits that share a neutral) to be fed from multiple pole circuit breakers.  So a 3 circuit homerun feeding receptacles with a shared neutral require a 3 pole breaker at the panel.  How is this accomplished in Revit?  Workaround:  dedicated neutrals.  Thanks.

At least 35 states have adopted the 2008 NEC.  C'mon Sparkies!  What are you doing in Revit to comply with this rule?
