It would be great to see the ability to add an external family like a "bar scale" or "north arrow" that we can set parameters to and actually change by instance or type. For example, to have the ability to change the rotation of a north arrow by parameter, without having to change the viewport settings. Currently, the only place to change the view title corresponding to a particular view is in the viewport settings, and there is no way that I no of to have instance properties for a view title to, say, turn on and off a North arrow or rotate it within a view title. This capability would make things much easier when creating sheets, instead of having scales and north arrows that aren't apart of the view title. Just a thought.
