Would be nice to use the alignment tool to do the above. Rotating the section marker is not accurate enough to do this when you need to perform duct/pipe routings/connections that can't be done under "generate layout". Seems like this should be easy for you guys to do.
Haven't used 2013 on a project yet. Not sure if this has been added.
