eTransmit for Revit 2015 is available as an enhancement software to download and install via your autodesk account. Log into your account and go to Product Enhancements....
Look for etransmit for Revit 2015 and download/install it.

Currently eTransmit 2015 installer is no longer on the Autodesk Account.
