Naming files via parameters

Would it be possible to develop a function where we can use parameters to create name files when exporting (dwf /  dwg / ifc) and printing to pdf, so that we can export files with file names which are compliant BS1192:2007 & PAS1192-2?

This is obviously possible, as RVT Xporter provides the function to create a bespoke export file name using your project parameters.

Could we please request that Autodesk add this to Revit 2017 service packs asap to the export function?

I'm not sure Autodesk would dedicate resources to copy something thats already out there. US$10 a year is great value for xporter

No need to copy it... perhaps they could team up with or buy the addin from RTV tools and incorporate it into the next release of Revit.

Please feel free to rework (titles and clear descriptions are really important) and resubmit this one down the road.
