installation revit 2016 problem

hi i downloaded revit 2016 as a student by browser download . after finish downloading and starting the installation an error appear says " there is at least one file missed from your product " so i can't complete extracting the revit file .exe to start installation and i can't know what definitly missed from my product please help me for this trouble

You will definitely need to attempt to download again....

Please be sure that you are on a wired connection, not wireless..

Thx for ur interest... But l've downloaded revit twice and it's the same problem...
And what about connection .. Is that any difference between wired and wireless connection ...
