Autodesk 360

I do not speak Spanish but Revit-Espanol is the only one I can click on. I am trying to access Autodesk 360 on my laptop through Revit 2014 and keep getting a popup window, image attached is the window given. After doing research I saw I needed to sync my time. I already did that and still no success. What other steps can I try?
