Won't download - Network Error

I have the student subscription, and when I try to download the software it says there is a network error and to check connections and try again. My internet connection is good, I can download other files, and I tried disabling my firewall and then downloading and it still did not work. 

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Please try to download the Product from our Virtual Agent. Prior to download please delete cookies and do a clear cache.
