Width on Either side of Curtain Wall Mullions - How to change them?

Can someboday help me in changing the parameters Width on Side 1 & Width on Side 2, that are available in a Rectangular Mullion. I need to reduce them but those are locked in the type properties.

The parameters are greyed out because they are driven by another parameter (most likely through a forumla). You can check this by going into Create > Family Types in the family. If they are being driven by another parameter, you'll have to change that parameter, or break the connection.
