What's the Character set of the exported type catalog txt?

hello, who knows the default character set of the exported type catalog file from revit 2012?

 

I need to export some families containning  chinese parameter names from revit, and found broken character ??? only.

 

what should I do?

 

or if any workaround for me to display the context correctly? I'm using notepad ++ rather than notepad.

I had read the post about broken russian ,but with no luck.

 

simply change the encode to utf-8 didn't solve the problem
