Wall Section

I am new to REVIT. I want to create a wall section but I have no idea how to do it. I dont know if its even called a wall section. I just want to be able to show in a window the elements such as insulations, CMUs, brick, Drywall, etc etc that make up the wall. If I am not explaining myself correctly, its the same things as a regular section but through a wall so that you can see inside the wall and its elements. Please attached image so you know what I am trying to achieve.
Thanks for the help!!!

Yes you can do the same thing in Revit on the design Bar use the Drafting
tools. Pick up a copy of Paul Aubin's book "Mastering Autodesk Revit
Building" and do the tutorials.

Cut a sectiom through your model, encircle the wall you want to detail with
a detail call out and then add detail components to the call out view as
desired.
