There are a couple of ways:

1. Create an in-place Void family and use Cut Gemoetry. You could also create a Family outside the project, create a rectangular Void extrusion, making sure it extends past the thickness of the wall you need to cut, and load it into the project.

2. Use the Wall Opening Tool

3. Edit the Profile of the Wall, and draw the opening in sketch mode, then finish sketch.

4. Open a window family, save-as, name it Opening, delete all geometry--leaving only the Opening Cut

and place it in the wall like a window.

The sloped sill can be done with the Void family, and use Cut geometry.
