Wall area material ratio

Hi every one ! Here is my question, i'm trying to create a schedule were i can calculate the area of the finish of a given wall and then calculate it's ratio of it in regards of the total surface of the façade.

any one have a clue ?

Example, Wall of south elevation has a ratio of 80% brick, 10%cladding and 10% metal sheeting

You can apply the same method a material takeoff schedule
