Void still showing!?

So I have a family that i have placed a void in... typically once the void cuts an object it goes away...

for some reason - in this file it isn't.. i have attached twom images - one with the void - one without.

does anyone know what is happening?

Thank you.

LD

Hi Lisa,

A few things to check:

1.  There is only one void in the family correct?  An overlapping second void would display similar to your image.

2.  Does the void display in the project as well after you load the family in?

3.  What happens if you manually use the Cut Geometry tool between the void and the extrusion; does it stay visible?

Thank you,

Sorry it took so long to come back to this...

So when i ppull it into a project it goes away... so i don't think it is a huge problem - just really kind of weird...

Thank you for your help.
