Viewport extensions

Hi every one, I am using Revit 2012 and am having an issue with the viewport on a sheet. When I hover the viewport I can see a border that is not the viewport extensions in the view.  I tried to reduce the crop view and the annotation crop but it doesn't affect the border in the sheet. Does any one know how to reduce this border? See the attached image.

Thanks in advance.

I think the size of your view port is determined by the reference plane in your view. Play with the length of the reference plane and see if that does anything to your view port size.

Hi, there is no any reference plane in my drawing. It is a callout to make a detail, so I don't have any reference plane.

Thnaks, Alex

I think the previous answer was refering to the horizontal dashed green line.  This looks like a reference plane or reference line, which will affect the viewport size.

Cheers.
