View Depth

Hi,

Im trying to hide elements on my level 0 plan by changing the view depth in the view range settings, however objects which are below the level i am setting are still visible. Anybody know what im doing wrong, or is there an easy way around this??

Thanks

A few items to check or keep in mind:
1.  Verify if the View Properties > Underlay is set to a level.  If so try setting > None to see if the elements are still visible.
2.  Some component categories react differently to the view range and cut plane.  I have included a blog post below with additional information:
3.  Some categories of elements such as floors, will show as long as they are within 4’-0” of the View Range > Bottom.  If you are seeing this behavior with floors, or have plan regions in the view, please keep this post in mind:
4.  Lastly, if you are seeing walls with similar behavior verify the walls do not fall into the “low wall” category:
Please let us know if the issue should persist.
Thank you,
