Using Velux imports

I am a new revit user and have downloaded Velux rfa, but when I place in roof, it appears to have shutter/blind closed.  This means when I create 3d view from inside or outside and then render, no light passes through or reflects on glass.  Does anyone know how to make the Velux perform more like the standard library roof window?  How to get rid of blinds/shutters?

Cheers

More information required. Can you attach the rfa family file.  What url did you download it from ?

You can modify the family by double clicking on it from the project or by opening it directly.

Hope that helps.
