unrecoverable error while publishing to .dwf

Hello. Anyone know a reason for this unrecoverable error to come up whil in the middle of publishing a project to a .dwf? Our project BIM is about 100 MB in case that helps. All new Dell Dimension 9200 machines. 3 of us have tried it with the same results. We can group the project into 20 or so sheets to one publish command, but what a pain. We would rather be able to send all sheets to publish to .dwf. Any help is muchly appreciated!

need more info on your process and model.

revit version?
are there certain sheets giving you trouble? (round, curved, radius geometry
can increase output time greatly for some views)
your post reads "publish" but the forum is Revit Building not ADT or ACA.
are you printing to dwf or exporting to 2D dwf?
if printing, are you using the latest windows dwf driver?
is this the only project you have this trouble with?
if printing to dwf, what are you settings?paper size, quality, raster or
vector???
