I want Parameter UNION For my definition of family


Can you help me?

Unfortunately, since you have built your Family by designing one segment and creating a parametric array, I don't think you'll be able to remove those seam lines (since you cannot join them). The Linework tool won't even be of any help here.

 

I believe that the only way that you can escape the seam lines would be to create a long length of your pattern and use a Void Extrusion and a dimensional constraint to "cut" the continuous pattern to the desired length. Continue the Sweep Paths for how ever many segments needed and created an array for the spheres (not the 'half-sphere' end pieces). Create an Integer parameter intended to determine the number of segments which will drive the overall length Parameter. (i.e. = Number of Segments * Length of Segment)
