I can't open the file (other files can be opened). the backup file dose'nt opened too.

I get the message:

"unable to open the file because of unresolved pointer references. please contact autodesk support."

I'm using REVIT 2015 student version.

Please help me... very important file.

This is a new error to me...

You can try clicking the 'audit' check box in the open dialog. This will often resolve errors on open.

Hi there,

Hopefully you are a subscription customer seeing as you on Revit.

The only way you going to get around a error like that is to log a support case via the Autodesk subscription centre & ask for FTP details allowing your Revit model & Journal files.

I know this sounds like a long shot, but I have done this on a number occasions with a surprsingly high success rate.

Hope this helps

Regards

Enslin

Hi Tim,

with clicking "audit" in the opening dialog the problem is solved.

Thanks a lot!
