I un-installed these two sofwares and always got the same result as "Maintenance failed" message for both programs after 1 minute in during the uninstalling the programs. It just stopped abruptly. Please advise how to remove them from my computer.
If trying to remove the programs from Control Panel fails,
You can manually delete the folders and files in the C:\ Program Files locations where the software was installed; and you should also delete any registry info ( careful editing Windows registry! )
Not sure why the uninstall fails--are you running it from Control Panel or from a DVD/media disc?
