Search the web, i.e. RevitCity.com and BIMWorld.com to see if they already have a triangle window you can download and use. Otherwise select the File menu and New to open a Family, then select the Window.rft template file to create a new Window family. You could also make an In-Place family under the Window category from the Model tab of the Design Bar select Create.
