TOPO SURFACE SNAPPING

Is it possible, when creating topo surfaces, to snap to 3 dimensional points on existing topography? Thanks John

When you say existing topography, do you mean 3d points on an imported .dwg?

Yeah, site tools and topos suck. They need some serious work done to make them usable.
