ToolTip Videos not showing

Hello. I'm using Revit 2015 and 2013 (BDS Ultimate). For some time, the Tooltip videos are not showing on my computer. Instead, there's a message: " To view the videos, install the latest Adobe Flash Player. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/". But when I go to Adbobe website, it says: "Your Google Chrome browser already includes Adobe® Flash® Player built-in. Google Chrome will automatically update when new versions of Flash Player are available." 

Can someone help, please?  Attached are sreenshots from Revit and Adobe website.

Do you have flash player activeX installed (not only flash player plugin)?

Download the Windows Flash Player 11.9 ActiveX control content debugger (for IE)
