toolbars

Hi

My PC has recently been upgraded to Windows 7. Unfortunatley now i ahve only limited fucntionality on AutOCAD.

How can i get the toolbars & command line ?

If i try the 'customise' option, i get the error message attached, it can't find the 'cui' file.

I would suggest a clean uninstall and reinstall, but I have contacted the moderator to move this to the AutoCad forum.
You may get a better response.

Hi,

probably acad.cuix got coruppted look in folder

C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2010\R18.0\enu\Support

for these files:-

acad.cuix & acad.bak.cuix

make sure autocad is close

rename acad.cuix to acad.old.cuix

rename acad.bak.cuix to acad.cuix

restart AutoCAD

if it does not help? repair autocad installation.

cheers

Moshe
