Tool text not show in Revit Architecture 2011

We can't see the tool text in the Bibbon in Revit Architecture 2011 UI. Please anyone suggest how can we resolve this issue. Please see the attachment. We are in a big trouble

Try going to the Purple R, then Options, Graphics, and turn off hardware accelleration and anti-aliasing, etc.

Then restart Revit.

Also, make sure the computers do not have .NET framework version higher than 4.0--this is a known cause

for problems with the ribbon in Revit 2011 ans 2012; it has been fixed in 2013 Update 2.

Do all users have the same problem? Or just a few? Does it occur on all projects? or just a specific project?

Worst case solution may be to uninstall/re-install Revit.
