Title block will not print

Used to plot, but now it doesn't. The VG title block is checked. Any ideas?

A few items to verify:

1.  Have you attempted to print to PDF along with a physical printer?  Same result?

2.  Under Print Setup > toggle Hidden Line Views > Raster Processing and do a test print; does the same issue persist.

3.  Try to print the sheet from an alternate workstation.  Same result?

4.  Lastly has anything changed since it used to work?  Version of Revit, printer driver, etc.?  Close Revit, empty the Windows %Temp% folder, open Revit, and try to print again.  Same result?
