Title block text does not locate right? Can it be locked?

Hi!

My question is about title blocks:

I want to create so called sketch title block. It should be located in left and upper corner of the sheet. (Normally title block is in lower right corner.)

I managed to create one, but the text in it I can not replace? The title block and the text blocks in it should fallow the size of the sheet.

So, if I change the sheet size, the text remains to its original place? And mostly outside of the sheet?

Can you lock the text blocks somehow in title blocks? You can measure and lock the lines ok, but not the text? Or must I create one title block to each sheet size?

I beleive you should create one titelblock each sheet size. that is how it works!
