title block revision table

I've customized my titleblock. However, the "revision" area (number, description, date) appears to be a table...good. How do I add to it?

Once the title block with the revision table in the family is within your project, Go to the Settings Menu, Revisions, and add a revision. Then simply place either a revision cloud, or even a super short segment of a cloud in a view, or on the sheet itself. At that point a Revision entry will appear in the title block for that cloud. Two things to check on.
1. Ensure that the Revision table is NOT listing every occurrence. That might place 5 revision 1's into your title block.
2. Under the Revisions command in the settings menu, decide if you want revision numbers by project, or by sheet.
