'The Energy Simulation Failed' - Building element energy analysis problem

Hi there,

I am trying to get an energy analysis via green building studio but EVERY time I upload the file it freezes on 5% for about 10 minutes and then displays 'The Energy Simulation Failed'. I tried making a few changes to the model and then got told that there were too many shade surfaces. I spent a further couple of hours reducing the shade surfaces to under 1024 and now when I upload the file it gets stuck on 5% AGAIN.

Please help!

Is there anyway to find out why it is failing? My educational license does not allow me to ask through the subscription center.

I have a similar problem . I have analyzed sucessfully for several times. but then something is wrong with the analysis. Now, I even cannot click the analyze button, as it is grey. Do you know what is wrong with it?
