Text Length in Formula?

I have a family in which I want a line to grow by a certain length depending on the amount of Text characters there is.

In other words, if the text length is 5 characters, then I want the line to be the text length + 2 characters. Is there any way to do this?

No - Revit's formulas don't have any text manipulation feattures other than
on output as in: =if(MyParam, Text A, Text B)

Has there been any changes to include this in more recent updates in Revit? I have Revit 2020.

Thanks,

Is it for Labels? Schedules?

I'm trying to do something similar to this for a Title Block, so I'm just using regular text.

I aiming to resize the text if there are too many characters so that the string doesnt run onto a 2 lines, the text size just gets smaller.
