Subregion triangulation

Good Day.

Working on new golf course layout on revit building.
Created a toposurface from imported image.
Then created subregions on the toposurface.

Problem comes with some of the subregions not finishing.
Error report pops up. " The site surface failed to triangulate"

Please help with solution. Urgent!!!!!!!!
