Structural families in XML

Hi,
Is there such an XML file stored for the structural profiles in Revit? (for columns, braces, beams etc..)
The same as in ADT.

Thank you,

Florin

I'm not familiar with the XML files for profiles in ADT, but Revit has Type
Catalogs for the Structural profiles. These are TXT files which contain all
the information for the various sizes of profiles. This TXT file contains
all the parametric dimensions to allow one to load any of the common
strucutral steel shapes and sizes. Is that what you are looking for?

In the directory where the Structural Steel Shapes exist. Typically:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\Revit Building
8.1\Imperial Library\Structural\Framing\Steel

Thank you Scott.
I found them.
Is there a picture to show the parameters represented in the text file?
Or do I have to open the family first?

Thank you,

Florin
