Startup problem with Revit.

Hello,

I return from 1 customer where I installed AutoCAD Revit Architecture Suite 2010 on 3 computers. The installation went smoothly but Revit does only one job. As soon as I open it, or it stops, or I have a message "Revit has encountered 1 problem ...", or it starts and then displays" No response "in the Task Manager. The 2 computers who have problem have just been upgraded in RAM to go to 2GB.

Have you ever encountered this problem?

Thanks in advance for your help.

What operating systems are on the machines? Did you also install the Revit
2010 update?

Try this:
From Windows' desktop: > right click > Properties > Settings tab > Advanced button > Troubleshoot tab > Move the Hardware acceleration slider all to the left. > OK to finish. > Enjoy Revit without crashes.

The client use Windows XP pro.

For the solution, I will ask to the client to try this solution.

Best regards.

Make sure your video drivers are 100% up to date - even one release behind in your drivers can make a big difference
