I've been to Revit City and AUGI and am not finding what should be common fixtures.
I have not seen Revit Systems, but I wonder if it has what you are
looking for? If it does, I wonder if you could download a trial version
and just keep the libraries of the stuff you need?

learn to make your own. in the long run it is easier and quicker and you
don't, for example end up with a bunch of carparking families in french
cluttering up your file.
