Stair riser problems

I am having difficulty getting right number of risers with the riser height to work. I have a 9'-0" floor to floor height. We would like to use 14 risers at 7 3/4". When I select 14 risers in the stair properties I get a riser height of 7 183/256" which does not equal 9'-0" (I checked with a calculator). It comes up short so the actual number of risers change to 15. I cannot manually change the riser height. Am i missing something?

Also what is with this "you need no more than two bounderies" error I get everytime I draw stairs. I have multiple landings between these two floors so there will be more than two bounderies.

When I calculate 7 3/4" x 14 risers = 108.5" = 9'-0 1/2". The trouble is
that 108 inches divided by 14 is 7.714286" which doesn't equate with any
fraction of an inch. Make sure you set stair properties from one level to
another (base level and top level) and let Revit handle the math.

Regarding boundaries - Boundaries are the left and right side of the stairs.
They do not need to be parallel but they cannot cross or touch. The left
and right boundary lines must be continuous, so try to trim the lines
together (you may have a small gap or overlap.

Hope this helps.

Another thing is split the boundary lines at the risers of the platform so
the stringer miters come out correct.
Do the same for the railings.
